My intention for this site is to share my own experiences, and practices of mindfulness and meditation that have been helpful in my life. For this page to be a place of inspiration, guidance and support on our journeys.
I write about how mindfulness and meditation can help with common struggles in life – from stress and anxiety, to simply expanding our awareness and sense of presence in life – and share tools, practices, and meditation techniques. Practices that bring space, clarity and courage. Most importantly they guide us in connecting to ourselves, to our presence, to our center. They guide us deeper into the heart so that we can live our life more fully, and share it with others in the most meaningful ways.
